Getting Started
Step 1: Complete your profile
Once your profile is approved, you'll gain access to available jobs in your Marketplace.

Before you can begin claiming jobs, make sure you've completed:
- Personal information
- Background check
- Payment set-up
- Signed agreements
- Driver verification (Drivers only)
- Vehicle information (Drivers only)
Step 2: Understand available work
Flex offers several types of opportunities:
Moving Jobs
Help customers load, unload, and move household goods.
Transportation Jobs
Tow and transport Flex trailers or customer assets.
Full Service Jobs (Bundles)
Combine driving and moving responsibilities for higher earning opportunities.
*Important - Diamond Jobs listed on the platform do require an additional task of actually packing boxes and personal items for the customer. Please ensure you are willing to take on these roles when claiming a Diamond job.

- Date & time
- Location
- Estimated duration
- Required role
- Earnings
- Job details
Step 3: Claim your first job
When reviewing available jobs:
Look For

✓ Start times you can confidently make
✓ Appropriate vehicle requirements
✓ Earning opportunities that fit your goals
Only claim jobs you intend to complete.
Reliability is one of the most important factors in maintaining good standing on the platform.
Before claiming, ask yourself:
- Can I arrive on time?
- Am I available for the full duration, and potentially longer if the job requires it?
- Do I have the equipment needed?

Getting Paid
Payments are processed through your linked payment account.
To avoid delays:
✓ Complete all required job steps
✓ Mark arrivals and completions accurately (This is vital to getting paid on time)
✓ Upload any required documentation
✓ Keep your payment information current
Most payments are processed within a 4-5 day period.

Workers who qualify as both Drivers and Movers typically have access to more opportunities and higher earnings potential.Complete 5 jobs successfully, and you can request to become a Team Leader, earning even more opportunities to Earn.

Cancellations, no shows, and account standing
Reliability matters.
More Than 24 Hours Before Start Time
No penalty.
24–12 Hours Before Start Time
May result in review and account notices.
12–2 Hours Before Start Time
Repeated late cancellations may result in removal from the platform.
Less Than 2 Hours Before Start Time
May result in immediate account review or removal.
No Shows
Failure to appear for a claimed job may result in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.
If emergencies occur, contact Flex Support immediately
Safety first
Your safety comes first. For safety reasons, Service Providers should not enter or move items from attics, unsafe spaces, or areas that present fall hazards. To report an unsafe condition, reach out to xxxxxx

- Wear appropriate footwear (closed toe shoes)
- Follow transportation requirements
- Report safety concerns immediately
- Treat customers with the same respect you would want as a customer
